Erin Fallon

Enterprise Dealer Success Manager

Erin Fallon is the Manager of Enterprise Dealer Success for Upstart Auto Retail. With over 10 years of industry experience, Erin started her career working in a business development center for a mid sized dealer group located in Bucks County PA. As she learned more about the industry, she moved onto selling cars, then into leading the equity mining and service drive initiatives for three dealerships in the group up until the dealership sold. It was in this role that Erin learned the importance of delivering the best customer experience possible and saw first hand how that can make a positive impact for PVR, CSI, and so much more.

Erin used what she learned from her years at the dealership and moved into a Dealer Success role, and has spent the last 5 years working closely with large and small dealership groups on optimizing their digital retailing strategies. Erin’s goal has always been to help dealers and dealer groups drive profitability through process improvement and incremental growth.

Outside of work, Erin likes to travel and spend time with her husband, family, and friends.
