Director of Digital Retail

Amanda Crookshanks is the Director of Digital Retail at Reineke Family Dealerships and oversees the digital aspects of the Sales and F&I departments for 12 automotive locations across Ohio and Michigan. With seven years of experience in the automotive industry, she has worked her way up from Business Development Manager to Finance and Insurance and Sales Management before assuming her current role.

Amanda’s passion lies in creating a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience for customers, while driving growth and profitability for the dealerships. She works with a talented and diverse team of professionals, valuing collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. One of her main goals is to continue increasing sales, customer service, and retention rates through innovative digital solutions and exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, she is a dedicated wife and mother to two boys. The family also includes two Jack Russell terriers named Jack and Gaston. They enjoy traveling, camping, and spending quality time with friends and family.
