Jon Sederstrom is Head of Business Operations for the Dealer Solutions division at J.D. Power, where he brings more than 15 years of experience in automotive strategy, business development, product management, and modern retailing. Throughout his career at J.D. Power, Jon has held a variety of strategic and leadership roles focused on developing new products, driving growth, and creating solutions that improve the customer experience.

His international experience includes opening J.D. Power’s former office in Brazil and spending five years living and working in São Paulo. Today, Jon focuses on strategic initiatives and business operations within J.D. Power’s automotive business, helping teams navigate change, develop new solutions, and build partnerships that drive meaningful results for dealers and their customers.
