We’re on the hunt for the best in-dealership built AI solution. No vendors, no agencies, no white labels — just the people inside the store who solved the problem themselves.
Submissions deadline is

Solutions built by dealership
internal teams only, no vendors.
Deliberately light. We’d rather watch the tool working than read a forty-page application.
What the solution does, the problem it solves, who built it, and what changed at the store since it went live. Plain language beats jargon — the judges have read enough press releases.
Show the solution in action — real screens, real use. Production value is not judged; a screen recording with a voiceover is completely fine. This is the video that plays at the conference.
Finalists must need to be at MRC 2026 in Palm Beach, November 15-17, for the award ceremony session the live vote.
The solution must be created by an internal dealership team. If you can point to a company that sold it to you, it doesn’t qualify.
No entry limit
Built three solutions? Submit all three
Brian Pasch and Gray Scott review every submission and select three finalists. Submitted videos will play progressively throughout the event, allowing for live voting and a final decision made on stage during award ceremony session.
Brian and Gray screen all entries after October 20 and name several finalists.
Finalist videos play in the main room progressively throughout Day One and Day Two of MRC. Live voting will be open during the course of the event.
Final votes will be cast during the award ceremony session on Day Two. A winner will then be selected and awarded the cash prize and trophy on stage!

Anyone working at a dealership or dealer group. You don’t need a title, a budget, or permission from corporate — if you or your team built the thing, you can enter it.
Your own staff designed and built it. Using a public AI platform as the engine is completely fine — that’s how most of these get built. What’s not fine is a product a vendor sold you, or a build an outside agency did for you.
Yes. There’s no cap. Each solution needs its own write-up and its own video, submitted separately.
Anyone can submit. Finalists do need to be in the room in Palm Beach for the day-two session and the live vote — we’ll work out the details with you if you’re selected.
No. Production quality isn’t judged. A screen recording with you talking over it is exactly right — the judges want to see the solution working, not a commercial.
Blur or use test data for anything you can’t show — customer records, financials, vendor pricing. Show the workflow, not the private data. Submission videos may be played at the conference, so send a version you’re comfortable having on screen.
