Her background spans both the dealership and vendor sides, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges dealers face today. She began her career in retail automotive, building a firsthand understanding of the sales process and customer experience.

Over the past nine years at iPacket, Amber has helped dealerships modernize their sales process through greater transparency and digital engagement. She partners with dealer groups across the country to improve adoption, strengthen consistency, and drive better performance. Known for developing strong teams and practical strategies, she works closely with leadership to turn technology into real, measurable results.

Amber has played a key role in growing and developing the team at iPacket. She brings a straightforward, hands-on approach focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and helping dealers succeed in an increasingly digital market.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, playing golf, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
