Jeremy Nowling is Sales, Digital Retailing and Implementation Director for the Bob Rohrman Auto group at the Indiana/Illinois and Wisconsin locations. In this role, Jeremy drives the utilization of technology to enhance consumer experience and improve efficiency in the in store and digital sales processes. With a strong emphasis on customer service and retention, his focus is on the success of the sales team and the dealership, while sitting on several dealer advisory panels to further build out and champion automotive technology and products.
Jeremy also volunteers as an Honorary Professor at Northwood University, which allows him to educate the automotive industry’s future generations and remain up to date with new technologies as they are introduced to the students. He is ethics and compliance certified, and proficient with many types of industry software.
