Sales and Implementation Director



I am currently the Sales and Implementation Director for the Bob Rohrman Auto group Indiana stores.

Where I manage and train the management and sales departments. I started at our Indy Honda dealership in 2001. I started in the automotive industry as a lot porter stocking in vehicles and preparing them for delivery while seeing the excitement of closing a sale I became more interested in furthering my career and was offered a Sales Representative position where I successfully achieved goals and became competitive while always wanting to be more successful. I later became Sales Manager, New Car Manager, and General Sales Manager. I am able to handle negotiations, appraisals, dealer trades, inventory management for both new and pre-owned vehicles, and reading/reviewing monthly statements. I also developed an auto buying program for employees of Elements credit union formally Eli Lilly federal credit union and Honda Federal Credit Union that results in sales of 180-220 vehicles per year while at Indy Honda. In 2019 I advanced to the role of Sales and process development as a role in multiple stores working to advance the variable operations as our industry continues to advance.

I have a ton of energy, take great pride in making salespeople and the dealership successful, and place a strong emphasis on customer service and retention. I’m never satisfied with the status quo, but always looking for ways to increase sales, improve service, and help my staff develop their skills. I am ethics and compliance certified, and proficient with many types of industry software.
