Dave Perry is the Chief Executive Officer of Blink AI, a company dedicated to transforming dealership operations and ownership experiences in an AI-driven, digitally-first automotive world. He has spent his career at the intersection of automotive retail, fixed-ops services, and emerging digital technologies, and now leads Blink AI’s vision to “lead the AI revolution in Automotive Fixed Ops and Telematics.”

Under his leadership, Blink AI has become a technology and market leader in automotive fixed operations and customer engagement. The company recently launched Telematica, the industry’s first telematics platform designed to close the “last mile” of telematics deliverability—turning raw vehicle alerts into actionable service opportunities, automating dealer workflows, and strengthening OEM–dealer–owner connectivity.

Dave is passionate about helping dealer groups navigate digital disruption. He deploys AI-powered solutions that optimize service-drive profitability, elevate the guest experience, and drive long-term retention.

Before assuming leadership of Blink AI, Dave held senior leadership roles in technology sectors including semiconductors, robotics, data center scaling, and HR tech—bringing a rich background in innovation and systems thinking to the automotive industry.

A frequent industry speaker and contributor, he has written and presented on how dealerships can leverage AI to augment—not replace—the human touch in BDC and fixed-ops operations. He believes the future of automotive service lies in the seamless fusion of human expertise and intelligent automation, with the last mile of connectivity making all the difference.

Dave is a U.S. Air Force veteran and earned his B.S. from Texas State University, M.B.A. from Hardin-Simmons University, and is an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
