Cuyler Owens is CEO of Widewail, leading the company’s push to turn customer voice into real intelligence for automotive retail.

He built his career in the Austin tech scene, first with Dell and VMware, then as Chief Commercial Officer at Dealerware, where he helped scale the platform from its first customer to market leadership. He later served as Chief Revenue Officer at TrustRadius.

Based in Austin, Texas, Cuyler joined Widewail as CEO in August of 2025. His approach starts from one belief: listen to the customer, and the rest of the business follows.
