Bob Lanham

Bob joined CarNow in September 2022 as Senior Vice President of Retail Development and has since been promoted to Co-CEO. In his role, he manages the teams responsible for Sales, OEM Relationships, Marketing, and Account Management. He also shares responsibility for overseeing the company’s Human Resources department.

Bob has a strong background in digital and technology, having previously served as the Head of Automotive Retail at Meta. He also launched Hulu’s MI, OH, and PA territory and spent time at Yahoo! and Microsoft. Bob began his career on the showroom floor at Toyota of Sarasota where he also spent time in the F&I department.

He’s a graduate of Elon University, husband and father to three children ages 20, 17 and 13.
