Event Experience

MRC 2025 promotes strategies relevant across various industries, with a primary focus on Automotive, RV, and Powersports. Join us to explore tailored solutions for these dynamic sectors!

MRC brings education to all aspects of your dealership with a strong focus on retailing.

If you are any of the following positions: Dealer Principal, General Manager, Sales Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, BDC Manager, Marketing Manager, HR Manager, Desk Manager, and Internet Director this event will be a great educational benefit for you!

We encourage business professional or business casual attire.

Ultimately, it’s up to you—if you feel confident and comfortable, that’s what matters most. That said, we recommend avoiding clothing that may come across as overly casual or inappropriate for a professional setting, as first impressions can shape important conversations.

MRC offers buffet-style breakfast and lunch for the second and third day of the event.

As well, we reserve time for coffee/refreshment breaks and host cocktail hours at the end of the first and second day of the event! 

Yes! We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies. To ensure we can meet your specific needs, please contact us before the event so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Yes! Our cocktail hours at the end of each day of the event provide the perfect environment to get to know other dealers and vendors. 

Often times our attendees also find themselves networking and engaging with other like-minded attendees during breakfast, lunches, and refreshment breaks as well! 

Dinner is up to you. Our sponsors often take select attendees out to restaurants around the area to converse and network.

Registration & Attendance

Certainly! You have the option to register a team member through our ticket hosting platform, Eventbrite.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Purchase a ticket for yourself
  2. During the registration process, provide the contact information of your teammate.

Our refund policy is as follows: 

  • 100% Refund: 120 days before event
  • 75% Refund: 90 days before the event
  • 50% Refund: 30 days before the event
  • 0% Refund: 14 days before event

Please contact us to transfer your ticket to another person or, under specific circumstances, to a different Pasch Group event. 

Transferring tickets between Pasch events will be on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to deny a transfer of ticket for any reason.

We understand it’s hard to get out of the dealership, we proudly offer a Virtual Content Pass, with live-recorded mainstage sessions and also includes several prerecorded workshops.

Perks of the virtual pass:

  • 180 days access
  • All mainstage sessions and select workshop sessions

  • Save on travel and accommodations

The Virtual Pass will typically become available for purchase 2 weeks before the event, and content will be loaded in 1-2 weeks after the event concludes.

Travel & Accommodations

We’ve secured a limited room block at special rates for our attendees, which typically fills up and will close on October 16th. To ensure the best price, we recommend booking early. For more details or to reserve your room, visit our venue page!

We strive for our attendees to gain the most valuable education, networking opportunities, and free-time with friends & acquaintances as possible. That’s why we recommend arriving the day before the event, and leaving the day after the event ends!

There are multiple options for flying into Palm Beach for the event.

Your ticket includes access to all scheduled meals and hospitality sessions: Two breakfasts, two lunches, coffee breaks, and two cocktail hours.

Any meals or refreshments outside of the official event agenda will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Content & Sessions

We aim to leave at least 5-10 minutes on each session for Q&A from our live audience.

Due to the discussion-based model of our sessions, sometimes questions may arise during the session and will be answered on the spot – leaving less time at the end of the session but we always aim to ensure everyone’s questions get answered.

All of the mainstage sessions and select workshop and training sessions will be recorded and uploaded to our Pasch Group Auto Academy eLearning platform.

By purchasing a ticket, you will gain access to the MRC 2025 Virtual Pass Course for up to 180 days following the event.

Our intimate environment fosters a close-knit community, where speakers and attendees mingle freely throughout the event. Don’t hesitate to strike up a conversation—you’ll often find speakers just as eager to connect.

That said, a gentle reminder: they’re here to learn and engage just like you, so please be mindful of their time and attention.

Only our Training Lab and Activity sessions require advance sign-up, which you’ll complete during ticket checkout.

All other sessions follow MRC’s all-access format, allowing you to attend freely without registration.

Activity sign-up will be a selection during ticket checkout.

Activities have a limited number of spots and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Dealer attendees will receive priority when reserving activity participation.
