Tim Bliss is the General Manager of Retail Transformation Toyota Motors North America (TMNA).

Serving as General Manager of Retail Transformation for TMNA in Plano, TX, Tim is responsible for the development and deployment of SmartPath for Toyota and Monogram for Lexus. SmartPath and Monogram is Toyota/Lexus’ proprietary complete and seamlessly integrated online and in-store digital retail solution built from the ground up with our dealers and for our dealers.

Prior to his current position, Tim led the New Vehicle Incentive reform effort for TMNA in his position as General Manager of the One Toyota Competitiveness department.

Since joining Toyota, Mr. Bliss has held a number of positions across the country in our field operations including General Manager of the Central Atlantic Toyota region in Glen Burnie, MD, General Manager of the Lexus Southern Area in Alpharetta, GA; Vehicle Operations Manager of the Lexus Eastern Area in Parsippany, NJ; National Lexus Dealer Advertising Manager in Torrance, CA; and key staff and field positions in both the Lexus Central Area in Naperville, IL and the Toyota Kansas City Region.

A graduate of the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Mr. Bliss earned his degree in Marketing – Business Administration.
