Sam’s love for automotive began at a very young age when he would rebuild wrecked vehicles with his father in their garage. As soon as he could, he got a job as a porter in hopes to be around the technicians to learn more. He worked his way up from porter to dispatcher, then warranty administrator, next to assistant service manager, and eventually Fixed-Ops Director.

Sam joined the DEP team in 2015, as the Director of Product Development, before moving into his current role of Chief Operations Officer.  Sam leads the team by identifying new ideas and following best practices to bring the next ‘new’ innovation to the automotive industry.
