Penelope Welsh is the Director of Strategic Account Development at Blockgraph, the technology company making the future of privacy-focused, data-driven TV advertising possible.  In this role, she is responsible for education and go-to-market strategy, helping participants effectively leverage Blockgraph’s Identity Operating System (IDoS), which enables trusted partners to protect and connect their data for audience-based TV targeting, measurement, and attribution. 

She is focused on identifying opportunities for collaboration and the execution of relevant use cases via Blockgraph’s platform with organizations across the TV ecosystem, including distributors and programmers, as well as measurement and data services providers. 

Prior to her current role, Penelope held sales and marketing roles at LiveRamp, where she developed and launched LiveRamp University.  She also spent a number of years at American Express, where she ran the 3rd party advertising program on

Penelope holds an A.B. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
