For nearly two decades I have brought my passion as a champion for the customer to leadership roles in customer service, relationship management and sales development. I have a deep belief in empowering through skills and education, mentoring, and leading with empathy to develop high performing teams that deliver superior customer experiences.

Applying my deep roots in automotive sales, management and F&I, in my current role as Director of Dealer Relations at CarGurus I am a direct liaison with our dealer partners and serve as an internal advocate for their needs. My first-hand dealer perspective and experience is a key asset in influencing our company’s participation in, and advancement of, automotive digital retail.

I approach goals and objectives – both large, long-term and small projects – with curiosity and drive, and lead with authentic conversations in order to build trusting relationships. I’m extremely proud of my history of accomplishing goals and exceeding expectations surrounded by a team of passionate people.
