Karrie Sudbrack is a graduate of University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor of Fine Arts as well as Business degree.  She has held various leadership positions throughout her career and has a natural passion for influencing and leading people.

With a focus on electronic and digital media, Karrie began her career in sales in the broadcasting industry. Her career journey includes leading sales, operations, and marketing teams for over 20 years as Vice President/General Manager.  Karrie joined the Cox family of companies 10 years ago in the Northeast; and is currently the Vice-President of Dealer Sales with Cox Automotive Consumer Solutions/Retail Group.  Karrie has strategic and operational oversight of a large complex sales organization of over 500 team members that includes over 75 business leaders nationwide.    

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Karrie has distinguished herself as an action-focused leader that effectively leads through large scale organizational change.  Her positive-energy, warm spirit, and commitment to develop leaders and mentor emerging talent has made Karrie a standout leader within Cox and the automotive industry.
