Jeff is the founder and CEO of Absolute Results, a global leader in automotive sales training and marketing.

In 1996, Jeff founded Absolute Results with a mission to teach appointment-based selling skills to dealership sales teams. Within a few years, he had developed and marketed the first “private sale event,” a unique experience that combined sales-team training, appointment booking, database marketing, and a private sale day targeted at portfolio customers.

Over the last 20 years, under his leadership, Absolute Results has grown to a company that spans North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific and has hundreds of team members who have shared their automotive sales know-how with more than 9,000 dealer clients in 28 countries.

With the purpose of showing automotive retailers how to maximize their customer portfolio, the Absolute Results team delivers Leadership Training, Appointment-Driven Experiences, and Consulting and Portfolio Management software to distributors, dealer groups, and thousands of individual dealers every year.

Jeff’s infectious passion for the future of automotive retail is at the root of his company’s growth and success. He travels extensively, consulting and speaking with groups to prepare their businesses for current and forecasted industry changes such as EVs, the Agency Model, and Mobility as a Service, among others.

Giving back is a core value of Jeff’s and so is central to the culture at Absolute Results. To further Absolute Results’ philanthropic impact, Jeff started The Absolute Results Foundation in 2013. The foundation began its charitable acts by partnering with Hope of Life in Guatemala to build a “Village of Transformation.” Now complete, the village comprises homes for 140 orphans, a preschool, rescue center, daycare, church, volunteer housing, and a social-enterprise cattle operation, and The Absolute Results Foundation’s partnership with Hope of Life Guatemala continues to this day.
