Charles has been in the digital analytics space for over 17 years, first working with Urchin software, the predecessor to Google Analytics. In the mid-2000’s Charles was considered one of the top Google Analytics consultants in the world, consulting with large consumer brands such as Sony and HomeDepot as well as collegiate institutes Harvard and MIT. In 2011 Charles’ employer was acquired by Dealer.com and Charles turned his attention to providing insights leveraging Dealer.com proprietary data, consulting with OEM and Dealership Groups on their digital marketing measurement and performance. Recently Charles has been working to integrate Google Analytics 4 into the Dealer.com website and digital retailing platforms, identifying technical requirements and training material for staff members, with the long term goal of bringing together the best of Google Analytics and Cox Automotive data and insights.
